Standard EULA (End User License Agreement)

Developer: Jean Couture

1. Grant of License

Jean Couture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Trust Caller: Block Spam Calls on any Apple-branded iOS device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any updates.

3. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Jean Couture may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate software updates, product support, and improved app functionality.

4. Apple Standard EULA Incorporation

This EULA incorporates Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms shall govern.
