By downloading, installing, or using Trust Caller: Block Spam Calls, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trust Caller provides caller identification features, phone number location mapping, contact management, smart dialer functionality, and direct messaging tools for iOS devices.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree to use the App solely for legal purposes and in compliance with all local laws. You must not:

Use the App to stalk, harass, scam, or impersonate any individual or entity.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Use direct messaging features to send unauthorized bulk messages or spam.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate caller identification and map point data, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of caller information or caller locations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jean Couture be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Grant of License Jean Couture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Trust Caller: Block Spam Calls on any Apple-branded iOS device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and this Agreement. 2. Restrictions You shall not: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any updates. 3.
